नमस्कार!
जैसा कि आप सभी जानती हैं, काशी मिल्क प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी, एक पूरी तरह से महिला डेयरी किसानों के स्वामित्व वाली कंपनी है। इसको 11 नवंबर 2021 को निगमित किया गया था। इस कंपनी का गठन इसलिए किया गया ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि हमारे गांवों में उत्पादित सभी दूध गुणवत्ता और पारदर्शिता के आधार पर उचित मूल्य पर बेचे जाएं और समय पर भुगतान किया जाए। इसके अतिरिक्त, हम ग्रामीण स्तर पर पशु प्रजनन, चारा और पशु चिकित्सा देखभाल से संबंधित तकनीकी और प्रबंधकीय सेवाएं प्रदान करके दूध उत्पादन भी बढ़ाना चाहते हैं।
मैं यह साझा करना चाहती हूं कि हमारी कंपनी ने 9 मार्च 2022 को अपना परिचालन शुरू किया, और शुरू होने के एक साल की छोटी अवधि में ही, हम लगभग 375 गांवों के लगभग 12,000 सदस्यों से प्रतिदिन लगभग 50,000 लीटर दूध एकत्र कर रहे हैं, जो एक शानदार शुरुआत है।
साथ ही हमारे डेयरी पशुओं की उत्पादकता में सुधार करने के लिए, कंपनी ने पशुपालकों कृत्रिम गर्भाधान सेवाओं की शुरुआत की और अपने स्वयं के ब्रांड “हर घर काशी” में संतुलित पशु आहार और क्षेत्र विशिष्ट चिलेटेड मिनरल मिक्सचर लॉन्च किया। इसके अतिरिक्त, बांझपन प्रबंधन शिविर, गुणवत्तापूर्ण चारा बीज की उपलब्धता, थनैली रोकथाम और डेयरी प्रबंधन प्रशिक्षण ऐसी सेवाएं हैं जोकि उत्पादक सदस्यों को प्रदान की जा रही हैं।
जैसे-जैसे हम बढ़ रहे हैं और विस्तार कर रहे हैं, मुझे विश्वास है कि हमारे किसान, कर्मचारी और हितधारक हमारे साझा लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए मिलकर काम करना जारी रखेंगे। मैं आप सभी को आपकी कड़ी मेहनत, समर्पण और समर्थन के लिए धन्यवाद देती हूं, और मैं आगे और सफलता की आशा करती हूं।

As you all know, Kashee Milk Producer Company, a fully owned by women dairy farmers, was incorporated on 11th November 2021, to ensure that all the milk produced in our villages is sold at a fair price based on quality and transparency, and timely payment is made for the milk sold. Additionally, we also want to increase milk production by providing technical and managerial services related to animal breeding, feed, and veterinary care at the village level.
I would like to share that our company started its operations on 9th March 2022, and within a short duration of one year of starting, we are collecting around 50,000 liters of milk daily from almost 12,000 members of 375 villages, which is a great beginning.
To improve the productivity of dairy animals, the Company initiated Doorstep Artificial Insemination Services and launched Balanced cattle feed and Area Specific chelated mineral mixture in its own brand “Har Ghar Kahsee”. Additionally, Infertility Management Camps, availability of quality fodder seed,Mastitis Prevention, and Dairy Management Training are the services that are being provided to producer members.
As we continue to grow and expand, I am confident that our farmers, employees, and stakeholders will continue to work together to achieve our shared goals. I thank you all for your hard work, dedication, and support, and I look forward to another successful year ahead.
